Our History
In 1996, after 15 years in the commercial insurance business as an underwriter, risk manager, insurance broker and friend to his clients, Ted Grace knew there was a better way to be the Solution for business insurance problems.
Over the past 13 years, the Grace Group has been given many industry accolades, including being named one of the top five agencies in the nation by National Underwriter Magazine in 2002 and Arkansas Business "Best of Business" in 2006, 2007, and 2008. Over these 13 years, GGI has grown from 2 employees to 15 with a combined 181 years of insurance experience.
During that time, the Grace Group has not only provided individualized solutions for their clients with knowledge, education and hard work but also has harnessed technology to push information and tools to their clients that simplify the entire process of managing business insurance programs.
Employee Benefits
Ted looks to his daughter, Brittany Grace, to lead the employee benefits division. Before joining the Grace Group, Brittany worked as the Director of Communications for a national health benefits software company. There she developed an extensive knowledge of employee benefits, including complex benefit design, effective wellness programs and strong employee communication strategies.
With this background, Brittany understands the importance of effective communication when implementing any benefits program. Her strong communication skill set makes her ideal for addressing issues with and for her clients. Brittany's attention to detail and strong work ethic becomes important when dealing with claims issues which can become complex and time consuming. Her commitment to her clients and their employees is the perfect fit for the Grace Group.
